This page says what Livia Match collects, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and, if you give it, your name and photo.
- Your work: the briefs you write or dictate, the clients you add, the matches you run, and the shortlists you share.
- Your clients: what you enter about them, and, if you invite them, their email address.
- Use of the service: a record of actions taken in an organization (who invited whom, who changed a role), and technical logs such as time, page and result, which we keep free of the contents of your briefs.
Why we use it
To run the service for you: to sign you in, draft and run briefs, show results, send the emails you ask for, keep an organization's records, and keep the service secure and working.
Who else sees it
We use outside providers to run the service. Each receives only what its job needs.
- Hosting and database providers store and serve the service.
- An email provider delivers sign-in links, invitations and shared shortlists.
- AI model providers read the text of a brief, and a home's description, to draft and grade matches.
- Search, map and travel-time providers receive the places and addresses a match needs.
We do not sell your information. A shortlist you share is visible to the person you share it with.
Signing in
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so we hold no password. We use a cookie to keep you signed in.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@liviamatch.com. An organization's owner and admins can see the organization's members, usage and trail.
