Terms
Last updated Version 1
These terms cover your use of Livia Match, the service at liviamatch.com. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Livia Match for a brokerage or team, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
What Livia Match does
Livia Match helps real-estate agents turn what a client wants into a brief, run it against homes, and share a shortlist with reasons. A match is a suggestion, ranked and explained by software, including AI models. It can be wrong or out of date.
Your responsibilities
- Check a home's details against its source before you rely on them or pass them on.
- You remain responsible for your own professional obligations, including fair housing law and your brokerage's rules. Livia Match does not give legal advice, and nothing it shows is a ruling that a brief, a match or a shortlist complies with any law.
- Keep your sign-in links private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Only add information about clients that you may share with us, and only share a shortlist with people you mean to.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it, or reach another account's data.
Your content
Your briefs, client details and shortlists stay yours. You let us store and process them to run the service for you, including sending the text of a brief to the service providers described in our Privacy page.
The service
We may change or remove features, and we may pause or end an account that breaks these terms. The service is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish a new version here with its date. Older versions stay readable on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
